Mutualised Digital Spaces for Life Sciences and Health
This project of shared digital spaces for life sciences, led by the Institut Français de Bioinformatique, aims to orchestrate data flows between data-producing platforms and processing infrastructures (i.e., IFB platforms).
BiRD is involved in:
- the implementation of its computing and storage resources within the GLiCID mesocenter and DACAS data center (WP2)
- software deployment and interoperability of procedures between different national imaging infrastructures (IS1)
- the development of a Data Management Plan for genomic data linked to imaging infrastructures (IS1)
