Antimicrobial Resistance
The ABROmics project aims to develop a digital platform on antimicrobial resistance to store, integrate, analyze, and share multi-omics data.
BiRD is involved in:
- Developing knowledge graphs and ontologies
- Integrating multi-omics data based on graphs
- Modeling bacterial ecosystems related to antibiotic resistance.
These developments in bioinformatics tools and methods are based on various use cases, particularly in our case with the issue of pulmonary infections related to the Brest University Hospital and the CR2TI.
