The kickoff of the Labex took place on Monday, October 6, 2025 in the LS2N amphitheater. UFR Sciences & Techniques - Bâtiment 34 - 2 Chemin de la Houssinière - 44322 Nantes
The four areas of focus for the Labex were presented by members of the associated laboratories :
- Axis 1 – Implement and consolidate advanced methods and technologies for large-scale screening of -omic data
- Axis 2 – Organize interoperable infrastructures for the secure sharing of health research data, in accordance with international recommendations for open science
- Axis 3 – Develop new computational models for the integration and interpretation of multi-omic data
- Axis 4 – Create demonstrators for the integration of multi-scale (longitudinal) data
